# Creates a Key

**`POST /profiles/keys`**

Creates a new policy signing key for the authenticated user.

**Authentication:** Bearer token required (`Authorization: Bearer <token>`)

**Permission:** `Permissions.PROFILES_USER_UPDATE`

| `401 Unauthorized`          | Missing or invalid token     |
