Publish Label definition by ID asynchronously

PUT /api/v1/policy-labels/push/{definitionId}/publish

Asynchronously publishes the policy label definition with the specified ID. Returns a task immediately; poll for completion.

Authentication: Bearer token required (Authorization: Bearer <token>)

Permission: Permissions.STATISTICS_LABEL_CREATE
