Import Schema from IPFS

POST /schemas/{topicId}/import/message

Imports a new schema from IPFS into the local database for the specified topic.

Authentication: Bearer token required (Authorization: Bearer <token>)

Permission: Permissions.SCHEMAS_SCHEMA_CREATE
