Returns All Schemas Related to the Topic

GET /api/v1/schemas/{topicId}

Returns a paginated list of all schemas associated with the specified Hedera topic ID.

Authentication: Bearer token required (Authorization: Bearer <token>)

Permission: Permissions.SCHEMAS_SCHEMA_READ
