List Recovery Topics

PUT /profiles/restore/topics/{username}

Returns a list of available Hedera topics that can be used to restore the user's profile data asynchronously.

Authentication: Bearer token required (Authorization: Bearer <token>)

Permission: Permissions.PROFILES_RESTORE_ALL
