# Deletes Role

**`DELETE /api/v1/permissions/roles/{id}`**

Deletes the role with the provided role ID. Users assigned this role will lose the associated permissions.

**Authentication:** Bearer token required (`Authorization: Bearer <token>`)

**Permission:** `Permissions.PERMISSIONS_ROLE_DELETE`
