POST /api/v1/contracts/retire/requests/{requestId}/approve

Approves a retire contract request. Only Standard Registry users are allowed to make this request.

Authentication: Bearer token required (Authorization: Bearer <token>)

Permission: Permissions.CONTRACTS_RETIRE_REQUEST_REVIEW
