# Updating a Token

**`PUT /tokens/push`**

Updates an existing Hedera token asynchronously. Only users with the Standard Registry role are allowed to make this request.

**Authentication:** Bearer token required (`Authorization: Bearer <token>`)

**Permission:** `Permissions.TOKENS_TOKEN_UPDATE`
